Skin lesions in coronavirus infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus are divided into seven categories. The first category includes skin angiitis caused directly by COVID-19 infection, against which the walls of small vessels of the dermis are damaged by immune complexes circulating in the blood. Angiitis is localized on the skin of the upper and lower extremities. They look like frostbite, painful, itchy. Such manifestations usually occur in young patients with a mild course of the disease, appear in the late stages and last about 12 days. The second category includes papular-vesicular rashes, which are characterized by acute clinical manifestations in the form of chickenpox, more similar to prickly heat, occurring against a background of high fever and increased sweating.
При возможности следует избегать применения кортикостероидов и рассмотреть возможность быстрого снижения дозы и рекомендуется перейти на будесонид . Это необходимо учесть с учетом риска обострения ХЗОК. Если пациент с ХОЗК находится в контакте с человеком с COVID-19 или у него развивается COVID-19, рекомендуется постепенно снизить дозу кортикостероидов, предпочтение отдается применению будесонида , но с учетом тяжести течения ХОЗК и риска развития обострения.
5-ASA preparations have very weak immunosuppressive activity. There are no reports that these drugs are associated with an increased risk of infection, and studies evaluating the safety profile of 5-ASA do not show an increased risk of serious or opportunistic infections. Treatment with 5-ASA should be continued without concern for an increased risk of infection or severe COVID-19. If the patient is in contact with a patient with COVID-19 or develops COVID-19, treatment with 5-ASA should be continued.
В регионах, где отсутствуют активные боевые действия, необходимо интенсифицировать процесс вакцинации против полиомиелита как местных, так и перемещенных детей до 6 лет дополнительной дозой инактивированной вакцины и продолжать вакцинацию по возрасту в соответствии с Календарем прививок против всех инфекционных болезней, управляемых средствами специфической. Для профилактики полиомиелита предпочтение отдавать инактивированной вакцине для всех возрастов.
