Для предотвращения логистических проблем, еще в конце прошлого года, было выделено госфинансирование по нескольким механизмам: один в виде централизованных закупок, один в виде субвенций, предоставленных регионам для того, чтобы закупить автономные источники поставок кислорода. 15 сентября Министерство здравоохранения направило в регионы 124 608 упаковок препарата от коронавирусной болезни "Пакскловид". Лекарство назначается в первую очередь пациентам из групп риска, чтобы предотвратить сложное течение коронавирусной болезни.
On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the novel severe respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) a pandemic. The number of cases worldwide is constantly growing, the infection is a serious threat to health, especially in the case of old age, immunodeficiency and the presence of concomitant diseases. There are now a growing number of reports and preliminary observations indicating that the COVID-19 virus can also infect the skin. Skin lesions ranging from "covid fingers" to hives can be potential signs of coronavirus. The flow of information about the skin manifestations of coronavirus infection prompts the development of a classification of these lesions.
Primary arterial hypertension (AH) or essential hypertension (AH) remains one of the most common cardiovascular diseases. A prolonged and persistent increase in blood pressure (BP) leads to damage to target organs, contributing to the development of severe cardiovascular complications (cerebral stroke, myocardial infarction, life-threatening arrhythmias and heart failure), kidney damage (renal failure) and vision and causes high mortality and disability of the working-age population. Annually in the world hypertension is the cause of death of more than 10 million people. In Ukraine, more than 12.6 million people are registered with this disease, or more than 35% of the population. But, among people with high blood pressure (BP), only 52% of patients know about the presence of the disease, less than a third of them are treated, and no more than 15% of patients are effectively treated.
Regardless of the period of the life cycle, it is necessary to increase self-esteem of health by optimizing the social environment, introducing the basics of a healthy lifestyle (in particular, various forms of self-realization, regular physical education and sports of optimal intensity, fitness, yoga, etc.). After all, inadequate self-assessment of one's own health can change a person's behavior in a negative direction, lead to the health of destructive or deviant forms of behavior.
