Первичная артериальная гипертензия (АГ) или гипертоническая болезнь (ГБ) остается одним из наиболее распространенных сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Длительное и стойкое повышение артериального давления (АД) приводит к поражению органов-мишеней, способствуя развитию тяжелых сердечно-сосудистых осложнений (мозгового инсульта, инфаркта миокарда, жизненно опасных нарушений ритма и сердечной недостаточности), поражений почек (почечной недостаточности) и зрения и обуславливает высокую смертность и инвалидизацию населения трудоспособного возраста. Ежегодно в мире гипертензия является причиной смерти более 10 млн. человек. В Украине зарегистрировано более 12,6 млн. человек с этой болезнью, или более 35% населения. Но, сСреди лиц с повышенным артериальным давлением (АД) знают о наличии болезни только 52% больных, из них лечатся менее трети, причем эффективно лечится не более 15% больных.
Skin lesions in coronavirus infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus are divided into seven categories. The first category includes skin angiitis caused directly by COVID-19 infection, against which the walls of small vessels of the dermis are damaged by immune complexes circulating in the blood. Angiitis is localized on the skin of the upper and lower extremities. They look like frostbite, painful, itchy. Such manifestations usually occur in young patients with a mild course of the disease, appear in the late stages and last about 12 days. The second category includes papular-vesicular rashes, which are characterized by acute clinical manifestations in the form of chickenpox, more similar to prickly heat, occurring against a background of high fever and increased sweating.
According to him, now there are 5.5 thousand patients in hospitals who have been diagnosed with coronavirus disease. Of these, 2,300 are on beds with oxygen therapy, and most of them receive it. To prevent logistical problems, at the end of last year, state funding was allocated through several mechanisms: one in the form of centralized purchases, one in the form of subventions provided to the regions in order to purchase autonomous sources of oxygen supply. On September 15, the Ministry of Health sent 124,608 packages of the Paxclovid drug for coronavirus disease to the regions. The medicine is prescribed primarily to patients at risk to prevent the complex course of coronavirus disease.
On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the novel severe respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) a pandemic. The number of cases worldwide is constantly growing, the infection is a serious threat to health, especially in the case of old age, immunodeficiency and the presence of concomitant diseases. There are now a growing number of reports and preliminary observations indicating that the COVID-19 virus can also infect the skin. Skin lesions ranging from "covid fingers" to hives can be potential signs of coronavirus. The flow of information about the skin manifestations of coronavirus infection prompts the development of a classification of these lesions.
