Поражение кожи при коронавирусной инфекции, вызванной вирусом SARS-CoV-2 , распределяют на семь категорий. К первой категории относятся ангииты кожи, обусловленные непосредственно COVID-19 инфекцией, на фоне которой происходит поражение стенок мелких сосудов дермы циркулирующими в крови иммунными комплексами. Ангииты локализуются на коже верхних и нижних конечностей. Они похожи на обморожения, болезненные, зудящие. Такие проявления обычно бывают у молодых пациентов с легким течением заболевания, проявляются на поздних стадиях и длятся примерно 12 дней.

Primary arterial hypertension (AH) or essential hypertension (AH) remains one of the most common cardiovascular diseases. In Ukraine, more than 12.6 million people are registered with this disease, or more than 35% of the population. But, among people with high blood pressure (BP), only 52% of patients know about the presence of the disease, less than a third of them are treated, and no more than 15% of patients are effectively treated.
В Україні кожен 3-й дорослий має підвищений артеріальний тиск. Така сама тенденція спостерігається і у світі. Через високий тиск зростає ризик розвитку мозкового інсульту, інфаркту міокарда, серцевої чи ниркової недостатності. У світі підвищений артеріальний тиск спричиняє близько 7,5 мільйонів смертей щороку. Це понад 12% від загальної кількості.
