Analyzing the subjective assessment of health by student youth (under the age of 25), we found the following: the vast majority of respondents, regardless of gender, rated their own health as "good" and "very good". Almost half of the guys and every fifth girl noted the criterion for assessing "excellent" health. About 2% of boys and 3% of girls noted that they have “excellent” health. The criteria for assessing the health of "mediocre" and "poor" for the children practically did not differ. Thus, “mediocre” health was observed in 15% of boys and 14% of girls; "bad" - 2% of boys and 2% of girls.
The occurrence and course of hypertension is closely related to the presence of its modified and unmodified risk factors: heredity, psychoemotional stress, smoking, unbalanced diet (excessive salt, saturated fat intake), excessive alcohol consumption, overweight and sedentary lifestyle.
In regions where there are no active hostilities, it is necessary to intensify the process of polio vaccination of both local and displaced children under 6 years of age with an additional dose of inactivated vaccine and continue vaccination by age in accordance with the Immunization Schedule against all infectious diseases controlled by specific means. В настоящее время риск усиления циркуляции вакцинородственных полиовирусов и связанных с ними вспышек при низком уровне охвата прививками на фоне применения оральной вакцины осложняется еще и военными действиями в стране, приводящими к разрушению инфраструктур городов и населенных пунктов, интенсивной миграции и эвакуации населения. Украины, так и в регионы, где отсутствуют активные боевые действия (Черновицкая, Закарпатская, Львовская, Волынская обл.).
