Thus, hypertension has been and remains a very important medical and social problem that requires appropriate attention not only from healthcare institutions and medical workers, but also from the leadership of the Ministry of Health and the state. Only through the joint efforts of representatives of medical science, health care and the entire public society can it be possible to achieve an increase in the effectiveness of the fight against this disease
Analyzing the subjective assessment of health by student youth (under the age of 25), we found the following: the vast majority of respondents, regardless of gender, rated their own health as "good" and "very good". Almost half of the guys and every fifth girl noted the criterion for assessing "excellent" health. About 2% of boys and 3% of girls noted that they have “excellent” health. The criteria for assessing the health of "mediocre" and "poor" for the children practically did not differ. Thus, “mediocre” health was observed in 15% of boys and 14% of girls; "bad" - 2% of boys and 2% of girls.
Responding to such epidemic challenges is very difficult both organizationally and financially. The result is evaluated over time with well-organized epidemiological surveillance. Almost by the end of the 3rd week of the 1st round, as of February 18, 2022, only 28% of the planned number of children were vaccinated. Therefore, we decided to extend the 1st round for an additional 2 weeks, which again was not performed due to the outbreak of war. Thus, there was no actual response to polio outbreaks.
