Первичная артериальная гипертензия (АГ) или гипертоническая болезнь (ГБ) остается одним из наиболее распространенных сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Длительное и стойкое повышение артериального давления (АД) приводит к поражению органов-мишеней, способствуя развитию тяжелых сердечно-сосудистых осложнений (мозгового инсульта, инфаркта миокарда, жизненно опасных нарушений ритма и сердечной недостаточности), поражений почек (почечной недостаточности) и зрения и обуславливает высокую смертность и инвалидизацию населения трудоспособного возраста. Ежегодно в мире гипертензия является причиной смерти более 10 млн. человек. В Украине зарегистрировано более 12,6 млн. человек с этой болезнью, или более 35% населения. Но, сСреди лиц с повышенным артериальным давлением (АД) знают о наличии болезни только 52% больных, из них лечатся менее трети, причем эффективно лечится не более 15% больных.
Back in 2002, according to the justification of the Institute, inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) was introduced into the Immunization Calendar of Ukraine for the 1st vaccination against poliomyelitis (children continued to receive OPV for the remaining 5 doses by age). In 2006, this vaccine was also used for the second vaccination. This made it possible to first reduce and then practically stop the cases of vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis in Ukraine. Since then, the issue of switching to a full IPV vaccination scheme in Ukraine has been repeatedly raised, as has been practiced for many years in all European countries, the USA, Canada, and Australia. Currently, this problem is becoming even more urgent, given both the epidemic situation and the prospects for Ukraine's accession to the EU.
В настоящее время риск усиления циркуляции вакцинородственных полиовирусов и связанных с ними вспышек при низком уровне охвата прививками на фоне применения оральной вакцины осложняется еще и военными действиями в стране, приводящими к разрушению инфраструктур городов и населенных пунктов, интенсивной миграции и эвакуации населения. Украины, так и в регионы, где отсутствуют активные боевые действия (Черновицкая, Закарпатская, Львовская, Волынская обл.). Именно в этих областях отмечались самые низкие уровни вакцинации против полиомиелита в 2021 году.

Marzeeva NAMNU” researched the issues of health status, its subjective feeling, as well as behavior that contributes to health or is risky among people of all ages. Assessment by adolescents and young people of their own health, life satisfaction is important for the development of both preventive programs and directions for promoting health. At the same time, it is also important for the elderly and elderly to maintain an active lifestyle, maintain health, work (self-realization), and overcome the so-called biological determinism. It is reasonable to consider the social environment as an important determinant of health. In this regard, the question of optimizing the social environment arises, since in the absence of a comfortable social environment focused on human development, there are actually no constructive conditions for the formation of good health.
