Михаил Юрчук родом из Хмельницкой области. После школы мужчина работал на стеклозаводе и мебельной фабрике. Однако в 26 лет решил стать профессиональным военным. "Я с детства мечтал стать военным. Для меня это о чести, долге. Сначала я служил в ракетной бригаде, был ракетчиком, потом — военный колледж сержантского состава и наконец пошел в десантную бригаду", — говорит Михаил Юрчук. Когда началась полномасштабная война, военный служил в Донбассе. Затем бригаду переместили в Харьковскую область. Там Михаил получил ранение.
A separate problem is the treatment of hypertension in patients with COVID-19. According to modern concepts, during the COVID-19 pandemic, patients with hypertension should carefully monitor their blood pressure levels and take constantly prescribed medications. This also applies to the use of so-called blockers of the renin-angiotensin system for the treatment of patients with hypertension: angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin II receptor blockers. A number of recent studies show that these groups of drugs not only do not increase the risk of infection with the virus, but also significantly improve the course of coronavirus disease.
The first and mandatory step in the treatment of hypertension is lifestyle modification (LS), which is aimed at correcting the above risk factors, primarily modifiable ones. A big problem is the choice of the most optimal treatment for hypertension, which can slow down the progression of lesions of the heart, blood vessels, kidneys, brain and eyes. The vast majority of hypertensive patients who seek medical help require combination antihypertensive therapy. At the same time, the most appropriate at the present level is the use of fixed combinations of such drugs.
