Если пациент находится в контакте с человеком COVID-19, необходимо рассмотреть возможность временного отказа от приема тофацитиниба в течение 2 недель. Если у пациента положительный результат теста на SARS-CoV-2 и/или у него развивается COVID-19, необходимо рассмотреть возможность отказа от приема тофацитиниба до тех пор, пока пациент не избавится от инфекции.
Возникновение и течение АГ тесно связано с наличием ее модифицированных и немодифицированных факторов риска: наследственность, психоэмоциональные нагрузки, курение, несбалансированное питание (употребление избыточного количества соли, насыщенных жиров), избыточное употребление алкоголя, избыточная масса тела и малоподвижный образ жизни.

Only such an approach to the treatment of patients with hypertension can give a successful result. But at present, as mentioned above, only a very small number of patients with hypertension are treated effectively. In this regard, there is no decrease in the frequency of complications of this disease in Ukraine.
