The current COVID-19 pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has become a global health emergency. Treatment of chronic inflammatory bowel disease (CIBD) according to the standards includes the use of 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA), corticosteroids, cytostatics, and biological therapy. However, these treatments can weaken the immune system, which potentially puts COPD patients at increased risk of infections and infectious diseases, including COVID-19. Therefore, patients with CVD have a greater risk of developing COVID-19 and more severe clinical course, or even death, compared to the general population.

Both patients and doctors should be well aware of the need for long-term therapy with periodic monitoring of key indicators and the obligatory achievement of the so-called target levels of blood pressure, that is, stable normalization of blood pressure. Only such an approach to the treatment of patients with hypertension can give a successful result. But at present, as mentioned above, only a very small number of patients with hypertension are treated effectively. In this regard, there is no decrease in the frequency of complications of this disease in Ukraine.

При возможности следует избегать применения кортикостероидов и рассмотреть возможность быстрого снижения дозы и рекомендуется перейти на будесонид . Это необходимо учесть с учетом риска обострения ХЗОК. Если пациент с ХОЗК находится в контакте с человеком с COVID-19 или у него развивается COVID-19, рекомендуется постепенно снизить дозу кортикостероидов, предпочтение отдается применению будесонида , но с учетом тяжести течения ХОЗК и риска развития обострения.

According to the approved polio outbreak response plan, which arose in early October 2021, it was only possible to start the 1st round of the campaign on February 1, 2022. It was supposed to last 3 weeks and was aimed at vaccinating 140,000 children from 6 months of age with IPV. up to 6 years who missed vaccination according to the Calendar. Almost by the end of the 3rd week of the 1st round, as of February 18, 2022, only 28% of the planned number of children were vaccinated. Therefore, we decided to extend the 1st round for an additional 2 weeks, which again was not performed due to the outbreak of war. Thus, there was no actual response to polio outbreaks.
