Возникновение и течение АГ тесно связано с наличием ее модифицированных и немодифицированных факторов риска: наследственность, психоэмоциональные нагрузки, курение, несбалансированное питание (употребление избыточного количества соли, насыщенных жиров), избыточное употребление алкоголя, избыточная масса тела и малоподвижный образ жизни.
В регионах, где отсутствуют активные боевые действия, необходимо интенсифицировать процесс вакцинации против полиомиелита как местных, так и перемещенных детей до 6 лет дополнительной дозой инактивированной вакцины и продолжать вакцинацию по возрасту в соответствии с Календарем прививок против всех инфекционных болезней, управляемых средствами специфической. Для профилактики полиомиелита предпочтение отдавать инактивированной вакцине для всех возрастов.
A separate problem is the treatment of hypertension in patients with COVID-19. The presence of a history of hypertension in patients with COVID-19 was associated with a more severe course of infection, in contrast to patients who did not have hypertension. According to modern concepts, during the COVID-19 pandemic, patients with hypertension should carefully monitor their blood pressure levels and take constantly prescribed medications. This also applies to the use of so-called blockers of the renin-angiotensin system for the treatment of patients with hypertension: angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin II receptor blockers. A number of recent studies show that these groups of drugs not only do not increase the risk of infection with the virus, but also significantly improve the course of coronavirus disease.
Both patients and doctors should be well aware of the need for long-term therapy with periodic monitoring of key indicators and the obligatory achievement of the so-called target levels of blood pressure, that is, stable normalization of blood pressure. Only such an approach to the treatment of patients with hypertension can give a successful result. But at present, as mentioned above, only a very small number of patients with hypertension are treated effectively. In this regard, there is no decrease in the frequency of complications of this disease in Ukraine.
