Тофацитиниб рекомендуют назначать пациентам с тяжелым и среднетяжелым течением неспецифического язвенного колита. Ингибиторы JAK могут нарушать вирусный иммунитет. Рекомендуется использовать низкую эффективную дозу для поддержания ремиссии: по возможности 5 мг, вместо 10 мг, два раза в день.
