В настоящее время риск усиления циркуляции вакцинородственных полиовирусов и связанных с ними вспышек при низком уровне охвата прививками на фоне применения оральной вакцины осложняется еще и военными действиями в стране, приводящими к разрушению инфраструктур городов и населенных пунктов, интенсивной миграции и эвакуации населения.
