Back in 2002, according to the justification of the Institute, inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) was introduced into the Immunization Calendar of Ukraine for the 1st vaccination against poliomyelitis (children continued to receive OPV for the remaining 5 doses by age). In 2006, this vaccine was also used for the second vaccination. This made it possible to first reduce and then practically stop the cases of vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis in Ukraine. Since then, the issue of switching to a full IPV vaccination scheme in Ukraine has been repeatedly raised, as has been practiced for many years in all European countries, the USA, Canada, and Australia. Currently, this problem is becoming even more urgent, given both the epidemic situation and the prospects for Ukraine's accession to the EU.
Абсолютно нормально отримувати різні результати, адже тиск та пульс — дуже мінливі величини, які реагують на різні подразники зовні і всередині організму. Саме тому й рекомендується робити кілька вимірювань і визначати середній показник. Якщо ж ви сумніваєтесь у справності приладу, зверніться не до лікаря, а в пункти сервісного обслуговування. При возможности следует избегать применения кортикостероидов и рассмотреть возможность быстрого снижения дозы и рекомендуется перейти на будесонид . Это необходимо учесть с учетом риска обострения ХЗОК. Если пациент с ХОЗК находится в контакте с человеком с COVID-19 или у него развивается COVID-19, рекомендуется постепенно снизить дозу кортикостероидов, предпочтение отдается применению будесонида , но с учетом тяжести течения ХОЗК и риска развития обострения.

Skin lesions ranging from "covid fingers" to hives can be potential signs of coronavirus. The flow of information about the skin manifestations of coronavirus infection prompts the development of a classification of these lesions.
