The classifications given were the first descriptions of skin lesions in COVID-19 and therefore different signs were given: those that were caused specifically by COVID-19, and those that arose due to various causes, in particular those associated with the treatment of the disease. Критерии оценки собственного здоровья лицами молодого возраста (25-44 года – согласно классификации ВОЗ) распределились следующим образом: почти половина респондентов, независимо от пола, оценили собственное здоровье как «хорошо»; каждый 4-й из проанкетированных – как «очень хорошо»; «посредственное» здоровье отмечала каждая пятая женщина и каждый десятый человек; почти одинаковой была доля респондентов, оценивших собственное здоровье как «плохое»; уровень субъективной оценки «отличное здоровье» отмечался у каждого десятого мужчины, а у женщин он отсутствовал.
В возрастной группе 44-60 лет 47% мужчин и 66% женщин оценили собственное здоровье как «хорошее» (р<0,05). Особенностью самооценки здоровья респондентов данной возрастной группы были более высокие уровни субъективной оценки здоровья у женщин, по сравнению с мужчинами: около 2% женщин субъективно оценили собственное здоровье как «отличное»; доля женщин, оценивших здоровье как «посредственное» была в два раза меньше по сравнению с мужчинами (32% против 17%; р<0,05).
