Specialists of the Laboratory of Epidemiological Research and Medical Informatics of the State Institution “Institute of Public Health named after A.I. O.M. Assessment by adolescents and young people of their own health, life satisfaction is important for the development of both preventive programs and directions for promoting health. At the same time, it is also important for the elderly and elderly to maintain an active lifestyle, maintain health, work (self-realization), and overcome the so-called biological determinism. It is reasonable to consider the social environment as an important determinant of health. In this regard, the question of optimizing the social environment arises, since in the absence of a comfortable social environment focused on human development, there are actually no constructive conditions for the formation of good health.
Большой проблемой является выбор наиболее оптимального лечения АГ, способного затормозить прогрессирование поражений сердца, сосудов, почек, головного мозга и глаз. Подавляющему большинству больных АГ, которые обращаются за медицинской помощью, требуется назначение комбинированной антигипертензивной терапии. При этом наиболее целесообразным на современном уровне считается применение фиксированных комбинаций таких лекарств. И пациенты, и врачи должны хорошо понять необходимость длительной терапии с периодическим контролем ключевых показателей и обязательным достижением так называемых целевых уровней АД, то есть стабильной нормализации АД. Только такой подход к лечению больных АГ может дать успешный результат. Но в настоящее время, как было указано выше, только очень небольшое количество больных АГ лечится эффективно. В этой связи в Украине не наблюдается снижение частоты осложнений данного заболевания.
Лечение кортикостероидами (особенно преднизолоном в дозе ≥20 мг/сут или его эквивалент) связано с повышенным риском инфицирования. Однако неясно, связана ли терапия кортикостероидами с повышенным риском развития COVID-19 или ее осложнений. Данные о будесониде , кортикостероидах местного действия с низкой системной биодоступностью показывают, что эти препараты связаны со значительно меньшим количеством побочных эффектов по сравнению с системными кортикостероидами и их побочные эффекты приближены к плацебо.
