Более того, низкие уровни витамина D, характерные для пациентов с ХОККом, могут повышать риск и тяжесть течения COVID-19. Однако теоретически некоторые иммуносупрессивные препараты могут иметь положительные эффекты, учитывая, что причиной смерти при COVID-19 является цитокиновый шторм, приводящий к острой дыхательной недостаточности.
