Mikhail Yurchuk is from the Khmelnytsky region. After school, the man worked at a glass factory and a furniture factory. It is the transition to the use of IPV in Ukraine for all doses of the Immunization Schedule that should be the next task for vaccination. For this, several mechanisms can be used, including humanitarian assistance, the conclusion of planned direct contracts with vaccine manufacturers based on the needs of the required composition of vaccines according to the Calendar, in particular, taking into account the existence of modern combined vaccines with IPV, which can also be used at an older age. In the absence of combination vaccines with IPV, IPV can be used as a single vaccine.
Primary arterial hypertension (AH) or essential hypertension (AH) remains one of the most common cardiovascular diseases. A prolonged and persistent increase in blood pressure (BP) leads to damage to target organs, contributing to the development of severe cardiovascular complications (cerebral stroke, myocardial infarction, life-threatening arrhythmias and heart failure), kidney damage (renal failure) and vision and causes high mortality and disability of the working-age population. Annually in the world hypertension is the cause of death of more than 10 million people. In Ukraine, more than 12.6 million people are registered with this disease, or more than 35% of the population. But, among people with high blood pressure (BP), only 52% of patients know about the presence of the disease, less than a third of them are treated, and no more than 15% of patients are effectively treated.
При переходе к биологической терапии необходимо рассмотреть возможность подкожного введения, чтобы ограничить контакт пациента с медицинским учреждением. Выборочный переход от внутривенных инфузий инфликсимаба к препаратам анти-TNF с подкожным введением не рекомендуется, поскольку это может увеличить риск рецидива. Если пациент находится в контакте с человеком COVID-19, необходимо рассмотреть возможность отказа от терапии анти-TNF в течение 2 недель. Если у пациента положительный результат теста на SARS-CoV-2 и/или у него развивается COVID-19, необходимо рассмотреть возможность отказа от биопрепаратов до тех пор пока пациент не избавится от инфекции.
