In 2021, in Ukraine, vaccination coverage rates for children under 1 year of age against such infections as tuberculosis, measles, whooping cough, diphtheria, poliomyelitis, hepatitis B, etc. ranged from 78% to 80.1% (with the required level >90 %), which is undoubtedly not enough to recognize the epidemic situation under control. In particular, this figure for 3 vaccinations against polio at the age of up to 1 year was 80.1%, 5 vaccinations at the age of 6 years received only 78.4% of children. At the same time, vaccination coverage rates varied widely across regions. In 12 regions, among children under 1 year old, they were <80% and ranged from 68.5% to 73.9%, and among children under 18 months. (4 vaccinations) - 66% to 73%. That is, almost 20-30% of children did not receive routine vaccination against poliomyelitis due to age in the above target groups, subject to vaccination according to the Immunization Schedule.

The last (seventh) category includes artificial (trophic) changes in facial tissues that occurred in patients with artificial lung ventilation and due to prolonged lying on the stomach. The classifications given were the first descriptions of skin lesions in COVID-19 and therefore different signs were given: those that were caused specifically by COVID-19, and those that arose due to various causes, in particular those associated with the treatment of the disease. Due to the fact that these lesions required different approaches in both treatment and anti-epidemic or precautionary measures, we, based on the experience of all these months of observation of patients, propose a classification of skin lesions associated with COVID-19. lay out like this

Both patients and doctors should be well aware of the need for long-term therapy with periodic monitoring of key indicators and the obligatory achievement of the so-called target levels of blood pressure, that is, stable normalization of blood pressure. Only such an approach to the treatment of patients with hypertension can give a successful result. But at present, as mentioned above, only a very small number of patients with hypertension are treated effectively. In this regard, there is no decrease in the frequency of complications of this disease in Ukraine.

In the age group of 44-60 years, 47% of men and 66% of women rated their own health as "good" (p<0.05). A feature of the self-assessment of health of the respondents of this age group was higher levels of subjective assessment of health in women compared to men: about 2% of women subjectively assessed their own health as "excellent"; the proportion of women who rated their health as "mediocre" was two times less compared to men (32% versus 17%; p<0.05). In the group of older people (over 61 years of age), gender characteristics of the distribution of self-assessment of health by respondents were also established. Thus, half of the men surveyed rated their own health as “good”, which was three times more than women (53% versus 18%, p<0.01). In women, on the contrary, the share of those who rated their own health as “mediocre” was 17% higher. Almost every fifth woman of this age considers her own health to be “bad”, while not a single man gave such an assessment. High health scores (“excellent” and “very good”) were absent for both men and women.
