При переходе к биологической терапии необходимо рассмотреть возможность подкожного введения, чтобы ограничить контакт пациента с медицинским учреждением. Выборочный переход от внутривенных инфузий инфликсимаба к препаратам анти-TNF с подкожным введением не рекомендуется, поскольку это может увеличить риск рецидива. Если пациент находится в контакте с человеком COVID-19, необходимо рассмотреть возможность отказа от терапии анти-TNF в течение 2 недель. Если у пациента положительный результат теста на SARS-CoV-2 и/или у него развивается COVID-19, необходимо рассмотреть возможность отказа от биопрепаратов до тех пор пока пациент не избавится от инфекции.
Primary arterial hypertension (AH) or essential hypertension (AH) remains one of the most common cardiovascular diseases. In Ukraine, more than 12.6 million people are registered with this disease, or more than 35% of the population. But, among people with high blood pressure (BP), only 52% of patients know about the presence of the disease, less than a third of them are treated, and no more than 15% of patients are effectively treated.
The last (seventh) category includes artificial (trophic) changes in facial tissues that occurred in patients with artificial lung ventilation and due to prolonged lying on the stomach. The classifications given were the first descriptions of skin lesions in COVID-19 and therefore different signs were given: those that were caused specifically by COVID-19, and those that arose due to various causes, in particular those associated with the treatment of the disease. For this, several mechanisms can be used, including humanitarian assistance, the conclusion of planned direct contracts with vaccine manufacturers based on the needs of the required composition of vaccines according to the Calendar, in particular, taking into account the existence of modern combined vaccines with IPV, which can also be used at an older age.
