According to him, now there are 5.5 thousand patients in hospitals who have been diagnosed with coronavirus disease. Of these, 2,300 are on beds with oxygen therapy, and most of them receive it. To prevent logistical problems, at the end of last year, state funding was allocated through several mechanisms: one in the form of centralized purchases, one in the form of subventions provided to the regions in order to purchase autonomous sources of oxygen supply. On September 15, the Ministry of Health sent 124,608 packages of the Paxclovid drug for coronavirus disease to the regions. The medicine is prescribed primarily to patients at risk to prevent the complex course of coronavirus disease.
Применение тиопурина ( азатиоприн и меркаптопурин ) снижает иммунный ответ на вирусы, что связано с повышенным риском оппортунистических инфекций. Существует ограниченное количество доказательств, что они повышают риск инфекций респираторной системы. Следует учесть риски и преимущества, но большинство пациентов могут продолжать прием стабильной дозы. У пациентов в стадии устойчивой ремиссии, пожилых пациентов и при наличии сопутствующей патологии рекомендуется прекратить прием тиопурина.
В регионах, где отсутствуют активные боевые действия, необходимо интенсифицировать процесс вакцинации против полиомиелита как местных, так и перемещенных детей до 6 лет дополнительной дозой инактивированной вакцины и продолжать вакцинацию по возрасту в соответствии с Календарем прививок против всех инфекционных болезней, управляемых средствами специфической. Для профилактики полиомиелита предпочтение отдавать инактивированной вакцине для всех возрастов.
Analyzing the subjective assessment of health by student youth (under the age of 25), we found the following: the vast majority of respondents, regardless of gender, rated their own health as "good" and "very good". Almost half of the guys and every fifth girl noted the criterion for assessing "excellent" health. About 2% of boys and 3% of girls noted that they have “excellent” health. The criteria for assessing the health of "mediocre" and "poor" for the children practically did not differ. Thus, “mediocre” health was observed in 15% of boys and 14% of girls; "bad" - 2% of boys and 2% of girls.
