On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the novel severe respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) a pandemic. The number of cases worldwide is constantly growing, the infection is a serious threat to health, especially in the case of old age, immunodeficiency and the presence of concomitant diseases. There are now a growing number of reports and preliminary observations indicating that the COVID-19 virus can also infect the skin. Skin lesions ranging from "covid fingers" to hives can be potential signs of coronavirus. The flow of information about the skin manifestations of coronavirus infection prompts the development of a classification of these lesions.

In regions where there are no active hostilities, it is necessary to intensify the process of polio vaccination of both local and displaced children under 6 years of age with an additional dose of inactivated vaccine and continue vaccination by age in accordance with the Immunization Schedule against all infectious diseases controlled by specific means. Михаил Юрчук родом из Хмельницкой области. После школы мужчина работал на стеклозаводе и мебельной фабрике. Однако в 26 лет решил стать профессиональным военным. "Я с детства мечтал стать военным. Для меня это о чести, долге. Сначала я служил в ракетной бригаде, был ракетчиком, потом — военный колледж сержантского состава и наконец пошел в десантную бригаду", — говорит Михаил Юрчук. Когда началась полномасштабная война, военный служил в Донбассе. Затем бригаду переместили в Харьковскую область. Там Михаил получил ранение.

Back in 2002, according to the justification of the Institute, inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) was introduced into the Immunization Calendar of Ukraine for the 1st vaccination against poliomyelitis (children continued to receive OPV for the remaining 5 doses by age). In 2006, this vaccine was also used for the second vaccination. This made it possible to first reduce and then practically stop the cases of vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis in Ukraine. Since then, the issue of switching to a full IPV vaccination scheme in Ukraine has been repeatedly raised, as has been practiced for many years in all European countries, the USA, Canada, and Australia. Currently, this problem is becoming even more urgent, given both the epidemic situation and the prospects for Ukraine's accession to the EU.
