Независимо от периода жизненного цикла, необходимо повышать самооценку здоровья путем оптимизации социальной среды, введения основ здорового образа жизни (в частности, разные формы самореализации, регулярные занятия физической культурой и спортом оптимальной интенсивности, фитнесс, йога и т.д.).
