При возможности следует избегать применения кортикостероидов и рассмотреть возможность быстрого снижения дозы и рекомендуется перейти на будесонид . Это необходимо учесть с учетом риска обострения ХЗОК. Если пациент с ХОЗК находится в контакте с человеком с COVID-19 или у него развивается COVID-19, рекомендуется постепенно снизить дозу кортикостероидов, предпочтение отдается применению будесонида , но с учетом тяжести течения ХОЗК и риска развития обострения.
Если пациент находится в контакте с человеком COVID-19, необходимо рассмотреть возможность временного отказа от приема тофацитиниба в течение 2 недель. Если у пациента положительный результат теста на SARS-CoV-2 и/или у него развивается COVID-19, необходимо рассмотреть возможность отказа от приема тофацитиниба до тех пор, пока пациент не избавится от инфекции.

Only through the joint efforts of representatives of medical science, health care and the entire public society can it be possible to achieve an increase in the effectiveness of the fight against this disease
Both patients and doctors should be well aware of the need for long-term therapy with periodic monitoring of key indicators and the obligatory achievement of the so-called target levels of blood pressure, that is, stable normalization of blood pressure. Only such an approach to the treatment of patients with hypertension can give a successful result. But at present, as mentioned above, only a very small number of patients with hypertension are treated effectively. In this regard, there is no decrease in the frequency of complications of this disease in Ukraine.
