Михаил Юрчук родом из Хмельницкой области. После школы мужчина работал на стеклозаводе и мебельной фабрике. Однако в 26 лет решил стать профессиональным военным. "Я с детства мечтал стать военным. Для меня это о чести, долге. Сначала я служил в ракетной бригаде, был ракетчиком, потом — военный колледж сержантского состава и наконец пошел в десантную бригаду", — говорит Михаил Юрчук.
