Имеющаяся пандемия COVID-19, вызванная SARS-CoV-2, приобрела масштабы чрезвычайного положения в области мирового здравоохранения. Лечение хронических воспалительных заболеваний кишечника (ХЗОК) согласно стандартам включает применение препаратов 5-аминосалициловой кислоты (5-АСК), кортикостероидов, цитостатиков, а также биологическую терапию. Однако эти методы лечения могут ослабить иммунную систему, которая потенциально подвергает пациентов с ХОЗК повышенному риску инфекций и инфекционных заболеваний, включая COVID-19. Следовательно, пациенты с ХОККом имеют больший риск развития COVID-19 и более тяжелого клинического течения, или даже смерти, по сравнению с населением в целом.
Analyzing the subjective assessment of health by student youth (under the age of 25), we found the following: the vast majority of respondents, regardless of gender, rated their own health as "good" and "very good". Almost half of the guys and every fifth girl noted the criterion for assessing "excellent" health. About 2% of boys and 3% of girls noted that they have “excellent” health. The criteria for assessing the health of "mediocre" and "poor" for the children practically did not differ. Thus, “mediocre” health was observed in 15% of boys and 14% of girls; "bad" - 2% of boys and 2% of girls.

Marzeeva NAMNU” researched the issues of health status, its subjective feeling, as well as behavior that contributes to health or is risky among people of all ages. Assessment by adolescents and young people of their own health, life satisfaction is important for the development of both preventive programs and directions for promoting health. At the same time, it is also important for the elderly and elderly to maintain an active lifestyle, maintain health, work (self-realization), and overcome the so-called biological determinism. It is reasonable to consider the social environment as an important determinant of health. In this regard, the question of optimizing the social environment arises, since in the absence of a comfortable social environment focused on human development, there are actually no constructive conditions for the formation of good health.
Более того, низкие уровни витамина D, характерные для пациентов с ХОККом, могут повышать риск и тяжесть течения COVID-19. Это объясняется тем, что витамин D способствует увеличению уровня противовоспалительных цитокинов и снижает репликацию вирусов, что, в свою очередь, может снизить провоспалительные цитокины, способствующие повреждению легких. Несмотря на отсутствие доказательств, демонстрирующих повышенную восприимчивость к COVID-19, лекарства, используемые в терапии ХОЗК, увеличивают риск инфекций дыхательных путей в разной степени. Однако теоретически некоторые иммуносупрессивные препараты могут иметь положительные эффекты, учитывая, что причиной смерти при COVID-19 является цитокиновый шторм, приводящий к острой дыхательной недостаточности.
