Михаил Юрчук родом из Хмельницкой области. После школы мужчина работал на стеклозаводе и мебельной фабрике. Однако в 26 лет решил стать профессиональным военным. "Я с детства мечтал стать военным. Для меня это о чести, долге. Сначала я служил в ракетной бригаде, был ракетчиком, потом — военный колледж сержантского состава и наконец пошел в десантную бригаду", — говорит Михаил Юрчук. Когда началась полномасштабная война, военный служил в Донбассе. Затем бригаду переместили в Харьковскую область. Там Михаил получил ранение.
"Второй месяц мы видим рост количества заболеваний коронавирусной болезнью. Наши эксперты вместе с экспертами ВОЗ прогнозируют, что в этом году пик заболеваемости будет в начале октября . В предыдущие годы это был конец октября — начало ноября. К этому мы готовимся, чтобы оказывать должную медицинскую помощь", — рассказал министр.

Almost by the end of the 3rd week of the 1st round, as of February 18, 2022, only 28% of the planned number of children were vaccinated. Therefore, we decided to extend the 1st round for an additional 2 weeks, which again was not performed due to the outbreak of war. Thus, there was no actual response to polio outbreaks.
